Do I have to pay sales tax?

We are required to charge sales tax if delivery of your order is in the state of Florida. All other states are exempt.

First go to "My Account" and check your order. If you still have questions, please contact us.

What are my payment choices?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discovercard, American Express and Paypal.

Can I write you a check?

Yes you can. Just shop on our website and use our shopping cart. Then print off your order and mail to us with a check payable to Heat Relief Depot. Or if you prefer you can call us at 772-879-1450 and we will input your order information and wait for the check to arrive.

Can I phone in my order?

Yes you can. Just call us at: 772-879-1450 to place your order.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

If you are ordering a large quantity we may be able to give you a lower price. Please contact us for a quote.

Do you offer government and military discounts?

Yes we do. Please contact us for pricing.

When will my credit appear on my charge?

We usually process your credit for returned item(s) within 2 days of receipt of the package. Credit Card companies vary so it may be longer for it to appear on your charge account.

My Account

Why doesn’t my password work?

Our new website was launched on March 1, 2012. Accounts opened on our old website will not work on this website and you will need to create a new account.

If you have forgotten your password, just go to Login and click "forgot password". You will enter your email address to have a password reset email sent to you.

How do I change my account information?

Just go to "My Account", sign in and then change your information.

How do I create a new account?

Just go to My Account, type in your email address and select "I am a new customer". Then just follow the prompts for setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view Heat Relief Depot’s privacy policy.

What is your return policy?

Heat Relief Depot offers a 30 Day Money-Back Return Policy. Product must be in resaleable condition with original tags and packaging. We will not accept returns after 30 days or if the product has been used. Shipping fees are non-refundable. There is no additional charge for shipping if you are making an exchange. Please contact us by phone or email if you have a special situation (ex. Past 30 days but was a Christmas present).


Make a copy of your paid invoice and write on it whether you want a refund or an exchange. Send along with product(s) to:

How do you calculate shipping costs?

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the shipment and the location we are shipping to. To view your shipping costs, just put the items you want in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

What shipping options do I have?

We use UPS Ground, 3 Day Select or 2 Day Air. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes (please use a physical address). We also ship US Mail Priority (please provide a valid mailing address).

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to some countries. Create an account. During signup we will ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we are unable to ship to your country at this time.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes we do! We ship to APO/FPO addresses by US Mail Priority only. Be sure to include a complete address. We will not be responsible for lost packages due to an incomplete address.

When will my order be shipped?

Most orders are shipped within one or two business days from our Florida Distribution Center. Occasionally we ship direct from the manufacturer to expedite delivery to you which may require an additional day. We will notify you if there will be a delay in shipping.

Does Heat Relief Depot offer wholesale pricing to distributors/resellers?

Yes, Heat Relief Depot works with many distributors, jobbers and wholesalers of all sizes. We make it easy for you to get the best pricing with no minimum order and will even blind drop ship right to your customer. For your protection, distributor pricing will not be given out over the phone. We will email your quote. Florida distributors will need to provide us with a Sales Tax Exemption form.
